The villas offer spaciousness and beauty. The setting promotes peace and refinement (something i value highly). The restaurant featured excellent à la carte options. Prices were reasonable for such high quality.
I experienced damp bed sheets, which seemed like they were not dried correctly. Communication with some staff members was challenging initially. They tried hard to correct the language barrier though.

i found the gardens beautifully maintained and creating a peaceful atmosphere. the adult pool bungalow was amazing, offering great privacy. i took advantage of the cocktail package. staff such as claudia, lanh, and thanh were helpful with trip arrangements.
The bed sheets felt a little damp. I think they were not dried completely.

I really liked the multiple pool areas. i particularly appreciated the adult only pool. It was quiet. breakfast offered considerable choice. I enjoyed both western and asian options. coffee was really good.

The staff immediately upgraded us to a tropical villa, and they regularly checked in with us throughout our stay. The location was ideal because it was a short taxi ride to historical sites. The hotel also has lush gardens with two swimming pools. I used both pools!
The hotel quoted me twice as much for a taxi to Hoi An than I found on Grab. The taxi app widely used across Asia.

The honeymoon pool hut was very spacious. It featured comfortable beds. A bath had a great view and there was a lovely terrace. The weather wasn't too great . the villa had heating.

I experienced amazing hospitality from all the staff! They were cute, helpful, and genuine. Breakfast takes place on a large covered platform. It overlooks the lily pond with large koi fish, and there's also an inside area.

The hotel location was perfect. It was a very short taxi ride to all of the interesting historical sites. It was nice to escape the busy streets once back inside the grounds. The on-site restaurant is good. I ate there every night.
